
Trey Peacock
Trainer
Trey is currently studying to become a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and is attending William Paterson University to earn a Bachelor of Science degree.
Trey has had a lifelong commitment to the game of hockey. Trey played Tier 1 Hockey for the New Jersey Colonials from Mites all the way through to Midgets. Trey graduated from Morristown High School as a 4-year Varsity player and served as Captain during both his Junior and Senior years. Trey can be found close to the top of numerous records at Morristown High School. After high school Trey played for the County College of Morris in the NJCAA, where his team won the Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference Championship (2012). Trey then went on to play for the William Paterson University Ice Hockey team, for whom he currently plays and with whom he won the Super East Collegiate Hockey League Championship (2013).
Trey also has his USA Hockey Level 3 coaching certificate and has been helping to coach local programs, such as the New Jersey Freeze and New Jersey Colonials.
Bill Katinsky
General Manager/Head Trainer
Bill has been a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) since 2008. Bill earned his B.S. in Exercise and Movement Science from William Paterson University.
Bill has been part of the New Jersey hockey community since his youth. Bill played hockey for Bergen Catholic High School, as well as Wayne Hills High School, where he still holds all scoring records. Bill played Tier I and Junior hockey for the NJ Junior Devils and NJ Junior Avalanche. Following a youth career, Bill played college hockey at William Paterson University, where he served as team captain and set numerous scoring records.
Post-college, Bill began coaching for several NJ Bandit NJYHL teams. Bill subsequently became an Assistant Coach at William Paterson University, where he helped guide the Pioneers to three straight League Championships and four straight National Championship appearances. Additionally, Bill was the Head Coach at Wayne Valley High School, where he was named the Passaic County Coach of the Year and NJ Power Ranking Coach of the year during the 2010-2011 season. That same year, Bill also guided Wayne Valley to its best season to-date, leading the team to a 20-3-4 record, a County Championship, League Championship, and first-ever State Quarterfinal appearance.
With over 10,000 hours of one-on-one training experience, Bill understands his clients’ needs and effectively customizes their training based upon their varying ages, abilities, and goals. Bill’s training expertise stems not only from his extensive qualifications, but also from having trained a broad range of clientele, from young kids to professional athletes. Prior to joining Next Level, Bill used his degree and training to work at the Hockey Factory, Fitness Together, and Gold's Gym.

Thomas Barrett
Trainer
Thomas is a National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) Certified Personal Trainer. Thomas has a degree in Exercise Science from the County College of Morris and is currently finishing up his Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey. Prior to joining Next Level, Thomas trained a plethora of sport-specific athletes, such as a US youth national soccer team member; a US collegiate rugby player; college basketball and soccer players; and high school tennis, football, basketball, and soccer players.
When he was just 18 years old, Thomas set the International Powerlifting Association’s world record in the bench press for an amateur in the 18-19 year old division, 123 lb. weight class (the record was subsequently broken the following year in Russia).
Thomas played varsity soccer for both County College of Morris and The College of New Jersey, the latter of which is Division III. He was both a varsity soccer and varsity basketball player in high school. He has coached various recreational teams and youth groups in soccer, basketball, and volleyball.


Sis Paulsen
Sports Performance Specialist
Sis has a Level 4 USA Hockey Certification and is currently the Director of Girls Hockey for the New Jersey Colonials. Sis’s collegiate-level coaching experience is extensive and well-rounded. From 2008 to 2013, Sis served as Head Coach of the women’s ice hockey team at New England College, where she successfully guided the team to four consecutive appearances in the ECAC East Tournament. Previously, Sis was the Assistant Women’s Hockey Coach at both Minnesota State University, Mankato and Bemidji State University, as well as the Head Softball Coach at Bemidji. Her coaching resume also involves 14 years at the USA Hockey Girl’s National Camp and the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (Central District).
Sis’s playing career includes four years as a starter for the Division I women’s ice hockey team at the University of Wisconsin, where she served as Captain from 2001 to 2003 and led the team to three twenty-win seasons. Sis earned her Masters in Sport and Recreational Management from New England College in 2011 and her Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin in 2003.


Jackie Philbin
Nutritionist
Jackie is a nutritionist who earned her Didactic Program in Dietetics Nutrition Certification from Montclair State University (MSU) in May 2013. Prior to that, Jackie obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, also at MSU. A former Division I and Division III athlete, Jackie was a member of the Division I Ice Hockey and Track & Field teams during her freshman year at Sacred Heart University, as well as did Division III Track & Field while at MSU.
As a nutrition counselor, Jackie holds sessions in which she conducts weigh-ins, performs body fat analyses, makes diet analyses, and provides lifestyle coaching. She also holds presentations and seminars on nutrition-related topics for teams and similar organizations. Jackie’s wealth of nutrition-related experience has seen her working at venues such as medical centers, rehabilitation facilities, and fitness centers. In 2013, Jackie began to provide private one-on-one nutrition counseling to clients in the areas of weight loss, nutrition education, and sports performance.
For 5 seasons, Jackie has coached the Quarry Cats Youth Ice Hockey team and has simultaneously served as team nutritionist. She has also played for the Quarry Cats Women’s Ice Hockey organization for 7 seasons and the Floyd Hall Men’s B Division Ice Hockey team for 3 seasons.
